Knowing the importance of Datacenter Facilities for the Banking sector, we are delivering a Mission Critical Facilities Management (MCFM) for a Finance institution by managing and operating the complete infrastructure which serves the Banking Services. We are taking the ownership of the complete Datacenter Building allowing our clients to focus on his core banking business by outsourcing the management and maintenance of the mission-critical facility.
We have mobilised a team of engineers and technicians to be resident on site to look after the critical infrastructure in three shift model (24×7) by performing the corrective, predictive and preventive maintenance in house to eliminate the risk of downtime or service interruption.
The team is monitoring the critical infrastructure using a Building Management System(BMS) which allow them to quickly detect fault and failure and immediately intervene to resolve it.
