New Graduates Program

The New Graduates Program provides training and work experience to Saudi engineers and technicians who have recently graduated from the Technical & Vocational Training Corporation in electrical and mechanical disciplines. The purpose of this program is to prepare graduates for entry-level maintenance positions with DATALINK’S field service team. Participants in the program will receive on the job training ensuring that they possess the necessary skills to be successful in there future roles.

Our apprentices are supervised and mentored by senior engineers and service operation managers. Regular hands-on practical workshops are held to sharpen basic skills in all subjects: communication with clients, electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair, commissioning and testing…etc.

The program also helps them to develop there soft skills to meet the specialist needs of our customers. Apprentices may also be involved in tender processes, providing in-depth insights into the projects.
