Our client is a government agency in Saudi Arabia was established in 1970 by King Faisal of Saudi Arabia to oversee the administration of the Country’s Court System. The main role of the our client is to monitor the Saudi courts and fulfill their financial and administrative requirements by 2020 and in line with the Saudi Transformation Program, our client is planning to digitalize 80% of its services.
We are supporting our client to achieve their IT transformation and digitalisation objectives by maintain the critical infrastructure of their primary Datacenter Facility . We tailored our services around our client needs by providing a planned preventive maintenance Program with 24x7x365 on call basis repair services in case of emergency to achieve their business objectives and IT service uptime.
The preventive maintenance program which we have rolled out is helping our client to reduce the risk of downtime and maximise the lifespan of the critical infrastructure from uninterruptible power supplies to Chillers and Generators. Each critical system is properly maintained by a team of maintenance specialist on regular basis as per the original equipment manufacturer recommendation aiming to achieve the highest resilience and availability.
