Upon reporting a problem to the Service Department, a service coordinator issues a ticket number to the client as a reference. An emergency team is immediately dispatched to deal with the issue, and customers are kept informed at each step until the job is completed.
Pre- and post-maintenance checks are done for equipment efficiency and performance. As part of the evaluation, team of experts note down the parameters, evaluate the health state of the equipment, and take/recommend necessary action.
